Day 1: Nairobi to Samburu National Reserve
Your safari begins in Nairobi. Drive north, crossing the equator into the northern hemisphere, stopping for lunch en-route. Continue to Samburu National Reserve, enjoying a game drive as you
head to your camp.

Day 2: Full Day in Samburu
Spend a full day in Samburu with morning and afternoon game drives, exploring the banks of the Ewaso Ng’iro river and searching for the “Samburu Special Five”: the Grevy’s zebra, Somali ostrich,
reticulated giraffe, gerenuk, and Beisa oryx.
Overnight: Ashnil Samburu Camp (Lunch, Dinner, Bed & Breakfast)

Day 3: Samburu to Mount Kenya
After breakfast, drive south to the Mount Kenya region. After lunch and check-in at the base hotel, transfer to Treetops Lodge for an afternoon and night of game viewing from the lodge’s viewing
decks.

Day 4: Mount Kenya to Lake Naivasha
Depart for the Great Rift Valley, arriving at Lake Nakuru National Park for a game drive and lunch. In the afternoon, continue to the nearby freshwater Lake Naivasha.

Day 5: Lake Naivasha to Masai Mara
After breakfast, drive to the Masai Mara National Reserve, arriving for lunch at Sarova Mara Game Camp. An afternoon game drive introduces you to this incredible ecosystem.

Day 6: Full Day in the Masai Mara
Enjoy a full day dedicated to exploring the vast plains of the Mara. Morning and afternoon game drives give you the best chance to witness the reserve’s high concentration of wildlife.
Overnight: Sarova Mara Game Camp (Lunch, Dinner, Bed & Breakfast)

Day 7: Masai Mara to Nairobi – Departure
After a final breakfast, drive back to Nairobi for your drop-off at your hotel or the international airport.
